☎️ Phone tracking feature

We can now report parents' phone numbers that called your centre and track your leads from phone reveal through to enrolment. Once set up, you will notice that the phone tracking number displayed on your listings will not match your centres' phone numbers- this local phone number will always route through to your Centre. This call forwarding system provides the critical ability for you to measure the value of a phone reveal on Care for Kids, as well as return any unanswered calls. 🌐 Website attribution tracking
We know that between 15% - 30% of parents that use our platforms to create their centre shortlist will end up completing their enquiry on a centre's website. To help track this, we have a Pixel Code that allows us to see parents that first used Care for Kids and Toddle and then visited your centre's website.
